The owner, Talal Dalank, originally born and raised in Lebanon. Studied for years in the Middle East to perfect the authentic tastes that Al Tanour restaurant has to offer.

Having previously owned a restaurant in winnipeg, Talal and his family were one of the first to open up a shawarma/ Middle Eastern restaurant in 2005.

Talal and his family had always believed that the only way to succeed, is with honesty and to cook from the heart, which is what they will always continue to do.

Shawarma was originated in Lebanon which is why the Lebanese flavour is so popular and always searched for. We guarantee our customer freshness daily, and authentic tastes which is why all our spices come directly from Lebanon.
